- You will physically receive around 60%-70% of the hanging weight back in packaged beef, the other 30%-40% is trimmed fat and bone loss.

Our beef is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, and stored frozen.
The ranch is part of a USDA registered rotational grazing program which promotes the animals health and soil/forage quality. All of our beef is natural, free from any antibiotics, grass fed and corn finished.
We have someone from our farm hand deliver 1/4, 1/2 and whole shares to NYC, NY, NJ and parts of PA.
