Our approach to regenerative agriculture includes our production of beef. Our cattle are raised stress free and free range - something you won’t find in your commercial meat market so easily.

When you shop with Red Roan Ranch, you support a local ranch, but you also support honest and kind practices that follow tradition and natural paths you can feel good about.

- A quarter weighs approximately 175-225 pounds hanging weight
- A half weighs approximately 350- 450 pounds hanging weight
- A whole weighs approximately 700- 900 pounds hanging weight
- You will physically receive around 60%-70% of the hanging weight back in packaged beef, the other 30%-40% is trimmed fat and bone loss.
These weights do vary and are only an estimate; each animal weighs differently
Our beef is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, and stored frozen.
The ranch is part of a USDA registered rotational grazing program which promotes the animals health and soil/forage quality. All of our beef is natural, free from any antibiotics, grass fed and corn finished.
We have someone from our farm hand deliver 1/4, 1/2 and whole shares to NYC, NY, NJ and parts of PA.
